Lets make a Splash

It was Talons first time swimming tonight and he pretty much loved it!!! He would just sit and relax in his floaty while I pushed him around and watch his sister learning how to swim with out help (besides her floaties of course). When I took him out of the floaty and held him he would splash his hands in the water. He had a great time splashing around and I know this because he is passed out now!

Aubree is swimming all by her self now! She is growing up so fast! She loved swimming from wall to wall in the pool with her daddy!  It is amazing fro last year because she didn't want to let go of us or she had to sit in now Talons float device and now all she needs is her watter wings and she is good to go!

Mother Days

Mother day was a really nice day! I spent all day with my kids and it was relaxing. Our day started out with church then Brent and the kids took me out to eat! We came home and just relaxed the rest of the day. we watch a Scooby Doo marathon and Once Upon A Time and I caught up on Greys Anatomy! I had a very nice day with my family!

7 months & counting

My handsome little man is 7 months today! He has grown up so much since he was born and has made it to a few new mile stones this last month! He is now crawling all over the place and he pulls himself up to stand now! He is getting so big and smart! I can't wait for what is coming next with him and to watch him grow! I love him so much!

Dinosaur madness

Ever since I found out Talon was going to be a boy I got this obsession with Dinosaurs! Talons room had to be dinosaurs, any outfit with dinos I had to buy, he even got a piggy bank dino so when I herd Discover the dinosaurs was coming to Denver of course I was going to take Talon and Aubree to enjoy all the Dino maddens! It was a really fun day full of dinosaurs and play! Aubree enjoyed "riding"a T-rex and Talon enjoyed looking at the dinosaurs trying to figure out what they were! It was a nice day with the family!

Swing Batter Batter

Took the kids to the Rockies game about a week ago! It was Talons first Rockies game and Aubree 2nd! It was so much fun watching the kids watch the game and Aubree cheer when we cheered! Talon fell asleep during the game because he was having so much fun with his daddy! It was a very nice family night and can't wait to go to our next game together!

6 Months and Counting

My sweet little man

I can not believe it has been a half a year since Talon was born! Time has gone way by to fast but I have enjoyed every minute of it! He is such a smart baby and learning new things every day! He can kinda say "Mama" and "Dada" and I know he can say "Hi". He love his sister so much and always wants to play with her. Aubree is such a great big sister! When Talon starts to cry she will sing "Twinkle Little Star" to him to make him feel better. He can sit all by himself now and he is getting on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth. crawling is just around the corner (I'm so not ready for him to crawl I keep trying to talk him into waiting till he is 8 or 9 months but kids being kids he isn't listening :) He loves to talk and tell stories to us now and when he gets super excited he lets out a big squeak! Lately he has been laughing so hard and the littlest things like one day Brent was blowing on his key board to get dust off of it and he just busted out laugh. He also started to crack up when I zipped up my wallet so I did that over and over again and he laughed every time he heard the noise! Everyday he grows into his own little person full of smiles, laughter and life! I can't wait to see what the next 6 months have in store!
