Swing Batter Batter

Took the kids to the Rockies game about a week ago! It was Talons first Rockies game and Aubree 2nd! It was so much fun watching the kids watch the game and Aubree cheer when we cheered! Talon fell asleep during the game because he was having so much fun with his daddy! It was a very nice family night and can't wait to go to our next game together!

6 Months and Counting

My sweet little man

I can not believe it has been a half a year since Talon was born! Time has gone way by to fast but I have enjoyed every minute of it! He is such a smart baby and learning new things every day! He can kinda say "Mama" and "Dada" and I know he can say "Hi". He love his sister so much and always wants to play with her. Aubree is such a great big sister! When Talon starts to cry she will sing "Twinkle Little Star" to him to make him feel better. He can sit all by himself now and he is getting on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth. crawling is just around the corner (I'm so not ready for him to crawl I keep trying to talk him into waiting till he is 8 or 9 months but kids being kids he isn't listening :) He loves to talk and tell stories to us now and when he gets super excited he lets out a big squeak! Lately he has been laughing so hard and the littlest things like one day Brent was blowing on his key board to get dust off of it and he just busted out laugh. He also started to crack up when I zipped up my wallet so I did that over and over again and he laughed every time he heard the noise! Everyday he grows into his own little person full of smiles, laughter and life! I can't wait to see what the next 6 months have in store!

Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday was great! We woke up and the the kids ran out to the living room to see what the "Easter Bunny" left them (by kids I mean Aubree, Talon was carried by his dad out to the living room) Aubree got a new shirt, puzzle, water toys, and candy! And Talon got three dinosaurs, A new outfit, football water toy and some candy (for mommy and daddy!) For breakfast we did a cute little project I found on pintrest about the burial and rising of Jesus and read out of the bible. Around 2 we left for my grandparents house to celebrate with my family. We had Easter lunch/dinner with everyone and later on the kids ran around to look for Easter eggs! It was a beautiful day with the family and to remember what this day means.

Talon was blessed March 25th 2012. His Uncle Kevin Said the blessing while His uncle Roger, Grandpa Clements and two of our Elders stood around Talon during the blessing. I was a very Special moment in Talons life as while as Brent, Aubree and My life. He was talking and smiling the whole time and its something we will always cherish and remember.
